Las Vegas Pride Giveaway & Promotion Official Rules

1. Eligibility: The giveaway is open to legal residents of Clark County, Nevada (greater Las Vegas area) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Limited to one (1) entry per household. Pets must be domestic animals, up to date on required vaccinations (e.g., rabies), and non-aggressive toward people and other animals.

2. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted in person at the Click.Click.Boop! booth and via our online entry form beginning on October 17, 2026 and concluding on October 19, 2026 at 11:59 PM PDT.

3. The Grand Prize:

  • One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive:

    • One (1) custom outdoor on-location pet portrait session (valued at $150).

    • A $300 Artwork Credit applicable exclusively toward the purchase of custom-printed wall art, albums, or folio collections.

  • Total approximate retail value: $450.

  • Prize Restrictions: The Grand Prize and Artwork Credit have no cash surrender value, are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be used toward previous orders or sessions. The credit must be applied during the initial post-session ordering appointment.

4. Winner Selection & Notification:

  • The Grand Prize winner will be selected via random drawing on or before October 25, 2026.

  • The winner will be contacted via the email address and/or phone number provided on the entry form.

  • The selected winner must respond within 48 hours of initial notification to claim the prize and schedule their consultation. If the winner fails to respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner will be selected.

5. Scheduling & Expiration:

  • The complimentary Grand Prize session must take place on or before December 15, 2026, subject to photographer availability.

  • Sessions take place at designated outdoor locations within the greater Las Vegas / Clark County area agreed upon during the pre-session consultation. Any required public park/commercial photography permit fees or client-selected admission tickets (if applicable) are the responsibility of the client.

6. Runner-Up / Promotional Code Offers:

  • Any promotional discount codes, runner-up offers, or session credits distributed during or following the event are valid strictly for new bookings scheduled to take place post December 15, 2026.

  • Promotional offers and artwork credits are limited to one per client/household and may not be combined with other discounts, gift cards, or special promotions.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy: Due to high demand and limited fall calendar availability, any session cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled shoot time forfeit the promotional session fee/credit. Rescheduling due to severe weather (e.g., extreme wind or heavy rain) will be determined at the photographer's discretion and rescheduled at no penalty.

8. Model Release & Creative Rights: By participating in the session, the client grants Click.Click.Boop! Pet Photography the unrestricted right and permission to copyright and use photographs taken during the session for promotional, portfolio, website, social media, and competition purposes.

9. General Terms: By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Click.Click.Boop! Pet Photography. Participating in the giveaway opts you in to receive email notifications regarding contest results and occasional studio promotions (you may unsubscribe at any time)
