Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Offer & Retainer:

  • This exclusive promotion entitles the client to book a signature outdoor pet portrait session for a discounted, non-refundable retainer of $75.00 USD (standard session fee: $150.00 USD).

  • A $200.00 USD Artwork Credit is awarded to the client upon session completion, applicable exclusively toward the purchase of physical finished artwork, including custom framed fine-art prints, gallery canvases and bespoke albums with no minimum purchase requirement.

  • The $75 retainer is required in full at the time of booking to secure a calendar date.

  • Limit of one (1) promotional session per household. Promotional vouchers may not be combined with any other offers, gift certificates, or previous bookings.

2. Included Digitals & Artwork Policy:

  • The $200 credit applies strictly to physical fine-art artwork and collections; it cannot be applied directly toward standalone or raw digital files.

  • Complimentary Matched Digitals: High-resolution, fully retouched digital files corresponding to every image selected for purchased physical artwork are included at no additional charge.

  • Any additional digital image files beyond those selected for finished physical artwork are available for purchase separately during the Ordering & Reveal Appointment.

3. Household Scope & Location:

  • Eligible Subjects: Sessions are valid exclusively for the pets and human family members residing within the booking household. Extended family or non-household pets require separate booking arrangements.

  • Location: Sessions will take place at designated outdoor locations within the greater Las Vegas / Clark County area, agreed upon during the pre-session consultation.

  • Permits & Admission: Any commercial photography permit fees, state/national conservation entrance fees, or admission passes required for client-selected venues are the responsibility of the client.

4. Deadlines, Availability & Holiday Production:

  • Booking Deadline: All sessions must be reserved online and retainers paid before 11:59 PM PDT on November 5, 2026.

  • Completion Deadline: All portrait sessions must take place on or before February 28, 2027.

  • Weekly Capacity: To preserve customized attention and capture optimal sunset lighting, session availability is strictly capped at two (2) golden-hour slots per week, booked on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Holiday Delivery Cutoff: To guarantee professional lab production, framing, and delivery prior to December 25, 2026, sessions must take place on or before November 22, 2026. Sessions held after November 22nd will follow standard winter production schedules and will be fulfilled in January.

5. Rescheduling, Weather & Forfeiture:

  • Standard Rescheduling: A minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' written notice is required to reschedule. Clients are entitled to one (1) complimentary reschedule, provided the new date falls on or before February 28, 2027 (subject to calendar availability). Subsequent reschedule requests will require a new session retainer.

  • Illness & Emergency: Exceptions to the 48-hour requirement will be honored in cases of sudden, verifiable medical illness (human) or documented veterinary emergency (pet).

  • Severe Weather: Outdoor sessions are subject to desert conditions. Sessions will be rescheduled at no penalty at the photographer’s professional discretion due to high winds, rain, or hazardous conditions.

  • No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Failure to attend a scheduled session or cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice (without verified illness/emergency) results in complete forfeiture of the $75 session fee and the $200 artwork credit.

6. Ordering & Creative Delivery:

  • Following the session, the client’s private Image Reveal & Ordering Appointment will be conducted either in-person or virtually via Zoom, depending on the client’s preference.

  • Redemption Window: The $200 artwork credit is applied directly at this consultation. Orders are placed and finalized during this appointment. At the photographer's sole discretion, a one-time twenty-four (24) hour grace period may be extended to permit final home wall measurements or family consultation before the order is submitted to the print lab.

  • Forfeiture of Unused Value: Any portion of the credit not applied during the ordering appointment (or within the agreed 24-hour extension) expires immediately and is forfeited. The credit holds zero cash surrender value, cannot be redeemed for cash or refund, cannot be used toward standalone digital files, and is non-transferable.

7. Model Release:

  • A signed standard Click.Click.Boop! model release is required prior to the portrait session, granting the photographer permission to use created imagery for portfolio, website, marketing, social media, and photographic competition display.
